The brief was to develop a new build of residential apartments in a quiet residential district for development. The position and the shape of the site, led the team to design two blocks of flats (in front and in the back side of the site) and locate the circulation services in the middle of the blocks. Thus, better lighting and ventilation would be achieved for the two blocks of flats.

The whole complex consists of seven two-bedroom apartments, three of them are 90sq.m. and are in front of the complex and four of them are 75sq.m. and are located in the back side of the complex. There is also space for garage in the ground floor and in the basement.

The style of the complex is asked to be modern with wooden and metal elements.
